Small batch Australian craft gin grown and distilled in Queensland’s beautiful South Burnett. The base spirit is crafted from Clovely Estate's grapes.
Ichika gin features peppery, citrusy and flower blossom on the nose. With plenty of depth on the palate and a long velvet finish, we suggest drinking neat over ice to savour the delicate layers.
A complex, yet harmonious flavour is captured through the careful selection of botanicals.
