Small batch Australian craft gin grown and distilled in Queensland’s beautiful South Burnett. The base spirit is crafted from Clovely Estate's grapes.
Willkie is a London Dry Style with a modern edge. Named after Herman Willkie arguable one of the greatest distillers, who in 1937 devised a theoretical botanical charge for gin. Building on the work done in the 1930s, this gin has been given a new twist with slightly forward citrus and subtle use of other botanicals.
Botanicals: Coriander Seed, Liquorice, Orris and Angelica Root, Cinnamon, Lemon and Sweet Orange Peel, Cardamom
