Estate Reserve Blanc de Blanc 2013

Our sparkling Blanc de Blanc is made in the traditional method and is produced from the highest quality fruit each vintage which is specifically selected to showcase the varietal characteristics and terroir of the South Burnett.

TASTING NOTES: Composed from 100% estate grown Chardonnay, this sparkling wine shows a superb, golden yellow colour with a beautiful luminosity and a fine and persistent mousse. The nose is clean and intense with warm, rich notes of brioche, French toast and roasted almonds. On the palate the wine is very supple and harmonious, with notes of honey and minerals on the long, sustained finish.

SUGGESTED FOODS: Indulge the senses and enjoy on its own or pair with smoked salmon blinis.
