TASTING NOTES: Abundant aromas of citrus fruits are followed by a palate rich in red apple flavours. Enjoy young and fresh or cellar for 10+ years for a more complex and rounded wine.
Suggested foods: Pair with seafood, roasted pork-belly or aged creamy cheeses.
