TASTING NOTES: A superb vintage for both Saperavi and Shiraz. The ripening was steady and untroubled by excessive heat, allowing ample time to lay down flavour and intensity. Unbelievably dark colours and amazing depth of flavour on the vine that steadily built throughout maturation. Slightly extended time in French oak to settle the beast, dark brooding aromas and flavours.
