TASTING NOTES: Pale and crystalline in colour, the 2023 Verdelho has abundant rockmelon aromas with subtle perfume of grapefruit and a hint of fresh pineapple. Generous and full flavoured palate with ripe tropical fruit like guava and a subtle hint of passionfruit.
SUGGESTED FOODS: Ocean fresh prawns, crab, scallops and fresh shucked oysters. Also matches beautifully with spiciness in Asian-style salads.
