Enjoy the second of our 'Source of Inspiration' dinners with a beef inspired 5-course degustation dining experience.

Outstanding South Burnett produce is the inspiration behind this dining experience connecting product, place and story. Local artisan producers Highbrit Beef, Clovely Estate's chef and winemaker and renowned Brisbane-based freelance beer writer Matt Kirkegaard share what it takes to put passion on the table. Choose award-winning Clovely Estate wines, or hand-picked craft beers – matched to enhance the subtlety of flavour in each course. Enjoy paddock to plate inventiveness at its best.
