Our final ‘Seasons Redefined’ event for 2018 is one you won’t want to miss. This is the ultimate way to welcome summer and celebrate our sensational seasonal fare and wines.

After our more casual events you’ve enjoyed this year, this is a renaissance of the degustation with exquisite and surprising dishes created by Brisbane’s master of the deliciously unexpected, our Executive Chef, Mike Kirwin.

Surrender to this journey into deepest South Burnett and regional coastal flavours, all lovingly nurtured to perfection. Emerge renewed with a fresh appreciation for the local wine and produce that sings of its origin.
