Our sparkling Blanc de Blanc is made in the traditional method and is produced from the highest quality fruit each vintage which is specifically selected to showcase the varietal characteristics and terroir of the South Burnett.
TASTING NOTES: Crafted from 100% estate grown Chardonnay and allowed to age on lees for 6 years before disgorging. Pale straw in colour with aromas of nougat, apples and ripe figs. The soft and pillowy bead delivers a supple palate with flavours of quince, lemon curd and fresh baked shortbread.
SUGGESTED FOODS: Indulge the senses and enjoy on its own or pair with smoked salmon blinis.
