TASTING NOTES: Deep scarlet in colour, with concentrated primary aromas of black cherry and dark plum, varietal pepper notes and hints of bay leaf, cedar and lightly toasted oak. The palate is refined and yet powerful with mouth-filling tannins which marry with the intense fruit characters. With careful cellaring the natural length, structure and acidity will allow this wine to develop for up to 15 years.
