Semillon has found a natural home in the South Burnett. The grapes are harvested early and the young wine is kept in our cellars for three years to mature, adding new nutty, creamy notes to its youthful vivaciousness and zest, while retaining a clean, fresh finish.

TASTING NOTES: An outstanding Semillon, the nose displays fresh lime and lemongrass aromas which intertwine with citrus fruit flavours over the rich middle palate finishing crisp and dry. Enjoy now while young or cellar for 5 to 10 years for a more rounded complex wine.

Suggested foods: Try pairing with seafood, roasted pork-belly or aged creamy cheeses.
