Sangiovese was selected due to its delicious red berry flavours and food friendly acidity. Harvested early to maintaining high acid levels and bright cherry, berry notes the fruit was then crushed and left on skins for approx 24 hours in the press to extract a small amount of colour before being pressed and cold fermented.
TASTING NOTES: Bright garnet hues with enticing black cherry and raspberry aromas. Made with Sangiovese grapes this rosé exudes flavours of strawberries and cream, lifted red berries and subtle spice leading to a refreshingly dry yet soft finish.
