Our White Label Shiraz is a blend from various Shiraz blocks selected from our two vineyards in the South Burnett. The wine is fermented in a combination of static and open fermentation vessels before being pressed to both French and American oak hogsheads for maturation, before being blended and lightly filtered prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES: A gorgeous colour of deep burgundy, a nose laden with ripe cherries and blackberries, and dotted with cloves, liquorice and chocolate. The palate is rich and full with firm tannins giving excellent structure and soft acidity. It is ready to drink now and is best enjoyed with big flavours.
SUGGESTED FOODS: Slow cooked beef short ribs, or rosemary crusted lamb rack and crispy roast potatoes.
